We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by SKYNET or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally. 

International orders on average take around 5 to 7 working days in transit time.

1)    How can I track my order?

Whenever an order you placed through “From Leb With Love”, ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your “From Leb With Love”, Account, or used during the checkout process.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business day(s) for orders in Greater Beirut and 7 business days if you are outside greater. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for local orders are submitted to change according to the rates of the 3rd party company SKYNET.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship globally and to any location in the world, except countries with the hostile situation with Lebanon.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Our website www.fromlebwithlove.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If in doubt get in touch with us by email to [email protected] what might be the tariff at your destination.

DAMAGES

Our website www.fromlebwithlove.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
